noisy environment

funky smell

the location is 'central', but good luck getting any sleep with the constant shouting and loud music. even worse, there's a disturbing smell lingering in the room. i expected at least a complimentary welcome gift for enduring this chaos, but of course, nothing! just couldn’t believe how low the standards are here.

responsive staff

With an incredible location just steps from the Duomo, I felt immersed in the heart of the city. The reception staff provided a fantastic breakfast voucher, and the room was both clean and spacious. Any minor issues, like a broken light, were promptly addressed by the responsive team. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the modern, clean room and the convenience of a grocery store just a block away. The cozy lounge area made it easy to unwind, and the outdoor terrace was a nice bonus for some fresh air. The pillows could have been a bit more comfy, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

Clean suite, convenient location, with great amenities like a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and it's only 5 km from the nearest airport making it easy to explore the surroundings.
