Staff were very amiable and the hotel was little, it had ideal location by cafe next door. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The bathrooms were spacious and the showers were amazing. The location couldn't be beat, right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to see and do.

The street noise was quite bothersome, especially if you're a light sleeper. The constant sound of ambulances passing by made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the main square. The location couldn't have been better, with the famous cathedral right next door and an abundance of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, recommending some amazing local restaurants. it was a great experience.

The soundproofing could have been better, as I could sometimes hear noise from the street.

our recent stay in florence was made even more memorable by our stay at martelli. everything from the convenient location to the attentive staff exceeded our expectations. being able to easily walk to all the attractions and enjoy the local cafes and restaurants added to the charm of our trip. we will definitely be returning to martelli in the future.

Heating in october was lacking.
